There is no official F%26amp;B body that recognizes top food caterers in the Phils. I think rating one can be subjective too. You can narrow down your choices by area (where in the Phils), budget (how much per head), and cuisine (Filipino, Chinese, etc.).If it's for wedding, I suggest you join wedding forums such as W@W as there are several brides who talk about their caterers and share first hand expriences with them. Some also share detailed reviews after their wedding.
