Any hall you rent will allow you to use the caterers of your choice if they do not provide a catering service. Check into local halls, VFW, or churches. If you go to a hotel or convention type site, they will most likely provide catering services and require that you use theirs.

Unless you are renting out a church or private hall I think its unlikely that you will be able to provide your own caterers because of the health %26amp; safety regulations. The best thing to do is probably make a shortlist of all the places you are interested in then speak to them personally, if they can't help they might be able to suggest somewhere you can use.
have you thought about using the church hall ,if you are using a church ,i know now days wedding aren't sometimes held in them .but if you are , ask and see if it is acceptable for use , or you could just plan your caterer, and ask them if they have access to halls ,i work for a wedding planner here in Georgia , and we have access to several places , call and ask if they do ,it could solve the problem and cause less stress..good luck
ANY local hall/venue will allow you to have your own caterers!! Use your local Yellow Pages or Yell.com.
