Caterers - Close to New Ring Gold, PA?

I am getting married Sept 15th 2007 and looking for caterers near New Ringgold, PA. It is a backyard wedding at my parents house.. Country western theme.... Can anyone help the people that roast pigs, beef or anything good for a back yard wedding. We are also not looking to spend THOUSANDS on this either.. can you help? Look in the phone book. Don't book anyone until after you do a tasting. If they don't offer tastings, skip them and move on.
