Winofile.................or something Hic!
I think it's a sommolier, since that's what an expert who runs a wine shop would be called too.
Sommelier is NOT a term applied to wine shop owners, but to service professionals in a restaurant. These are the people that are extremely knowledgeable about wine and, more importantly, about the particulars on how to serve, store, and buy it. They also construct a comprehensive and interesting wine list and guide customers on how to pair those wines with the cuisine of the restaurant.

There is actually a series of tests to become a certified Sommelier, comprising 3 different levels. The test for the last level, Master Sommelier, is mind-boggingly difficult and requires applicants to taste wines blind (not knowing anything about them) and to be able to pick out region, vintage, possible flaws, and perhaps even vintner.

While non-service professionals can attain this certification, it is geared specifically to restaurant wine service. While a wine shop owner may be certified to be a sommelier, that does not mean that he/she is in the act of BEING a sommellier when they are in the store.
