What do you tip a caterer and her staff?

I am having a party of 25 people. We don't live in a big city. The caterer is charging me about $900 for food and $240 for her and one more person to serve for 4 hours. Although, the contract says that the tip isn't included, I don't want to give them 15 - 20% since I am paying them $240. How much would be appropriate? Please help! What do you tip a caterer and her staff?
Don't give one! A tip is a gift that you give someone for going above and beyond the call of duty, it is not something that should be expected and definitely should not be asked for. I'm guessing the caterer owns the business, and so will make a tidy profit on the day, as she sets her own prices. By all means give something to her employee, but not to the business owner. What do you tip a caterer and her staff?
I think you have paid enough. I'm sorry but I wouldn't tip her or her staff.
