Okay, so my fiance and I booked these caterers because they did his Mom's wedding a few years ago and she said they were really good. Well, they're really hard to work with. In the last few months I have left them e-mails and messages and they never get back to me. Should I fire them?I've been having so much trouble with our caterers!?
if they're nonresponsive now, imagine how they'll be when it's closer to your wedding. if you haven't paid them any deposits, send them a letter that their services are no longer needed due to the fact their customer service sucks. if you have paid a deposit with them, then send someone over to see them in person and find out why they're not responding to you. since you're 8 hours away, you'll have to find an emissary in the area who can pay them a visit so the caterer knows you will not be ignored!I've been having so much trouble with our caterers!?
Yes but first contact them and let them know that because of the lack of professionalism and communication with their clientele you will have no choice but to hire another catering company.Also be clear in saying that you are very disappointed with their lack of service and commitment and you will not be recommending them in the future.
This will guarantee a call back with a discount if they value anything about their reputation!
