i have the intro, the purpose of the agreement . i still don't know what to write on the "responsibilities" part. please help me! maybe some responsibilities? thank you all!What to put on an agreement between the wedding planners and the suppliers (caterers, florists, etc.)?
Put what they are responsible for. The time that they are supposed to arrive to set up. What their duties are exactly, whether it is to decorate or whatever. And the time that they are to come and pick it all up.
Put the price. The date and time. You need to record every transaction you make like "6 weeks prior will pay half f balance due amounting to $1000" then 2 weeks prior will pay the remaining amount. Be sure to also put the locate and anything else that is pertinent. Good Luck! :)
