Most of my wedding guests will be flying in from out-of-state, and my fiance and I would love to share some local brews with our friends and family (a variety, like McMenamin's, Bridgeport, Mt. Hood, etc.), as well as some local wines. Do caterers let the bride and groom provide their own beverages??? I'm just not sure how this works...Are there caterers in Portland,OR who will let me choose local beers to serve at my wedding reception?

I'm sure there are. You need to contact the caterers and ask them if they can serve local beers. Most of them will have a serving list they should have local beers on them. If not then see if you could budget a few hundred dollars to purchase your own. The person we used in our town let us choose what drinks to serve.
