Of course they should have the common knowledge that Moslems can't eat products of pigs! They undoubtedly knew it, bit somehow it happened anyway.
Hell embarrassing but rest of thing went really well, that was just one mistake. Seriously how can we know what they can have and what they can not. Good that administration apologized and matter is gone, by the way I did not know about it.
