Try Fox Hollow in Woodbury, Long Island, NY, also Woodbury Country Club, Crest Hollow Country Club, Chateau Briand in Westbury, NY, also Westbury Country Club on Jericho Turnpike, NY...There are so many but these I have been to. Fox Hollow is very elegant, also Woodbury Country Club...the grounds and the splendor of this catering place is fabulous. If you live out of state, call them up and ask for brochures or a CD of their wedding facility. I do love Chateau Briand too...the food is fabulous. My son got married at the Fox Hollow and it was a fabulous affair..food was great; and the grounds were beautiful too.
