What are the best caterers on long island ny for weddings???

Its Best to get small caterers. thats how you know the food is good. large scale caterers food is usually mass produced and stuff and doesnt taste like its home made. i heard of a caterer called Baisley Catering. they do good food, and great cakes. on of my co workers had them do some food for one of her events. very nice, and the cheesecake is AMAZINGWhat are the best caterers on long island ny for weddings???
