My daughter is getting married in Birmingham, AL. Can anyone recommend photographers and caterers?

I got married in Birmingham. We used Jim Little as our photographer, and I loved him. The big 11x14 came out just incredible, and you get a proof book, too, so you get all your pictures and not just the ones you buy reprints of. That might cost a little extra, I don't remember. But it's worth it to get the proof book.

For the life of me I cannot seem to remember the name of our caterer. It was Sheri, or Sherry something. She did the catering and the flowers, so it was a great deal on both. And she was based out of this gorgeous old historic house. I think it was somewhere in Roebuck? There is a "Sherry's Floral and Catering" on Center Point Road, so I bet that's it. Find a good photographer that you like, and bite the bullet and put them up in a room at a hotel for a couple of days. As for a caterer, try a phone book.
