Im looking for a wedding reception venue near Crayford Kent which can hold 300 peolpe and use own caterers.?

I am trying to get married but not break the bank, I would love to find somwhere near Crayford to hold the reception. Even if anyone knows a farmer with some land I can put a marquee up???
