I got several quotes from caterers in the Miami area for my wedding in Florida Keys. Although I ended up going with a local caterer, Chef Lars was my favorite in the Miami area. Look him up! He also provides a wedding coordinator for the day.
Generally the quotes started at around $70 per person for buffet. Station dinner menus started around $85 pp. And plated meals were usually $100+ per person. This usually included open bar for 4 hours, but it did not include gratuity.
