Chefs caterers, Moms/dads that cook for large families plz tell me how Much or how many to feed 90 ppl?

well when i cook for a party of 100 people and for example they have 4 hot dishes and 1 salad

you know the 2 inch deep full catering tray the large ones?

i would make 4 trays of each item 16 hot trays and 4 trays of salad

for a total of 20 trays
