Any advise on good kosher caterers?

I am looking for a good kosher caterer for a home party in July. I am in the Brooklyn New York area and need someone who is reliable and the food has to be special. It can be kosher or glatt kosher either one works for our guests. I am looking for a buffet style luncheon with mixed foods..any suggestions??? These guys have to be able to set up and make sure my guest are happy and that the foods are hot when they eat...Any advise on good kosher caterers?
