I have the caterers menu and it is very reasonably priced. Before I meet with them, I was wondering if anyone could supply an average estimate for the additional costs of rentals (china, linens, etc.) and the service staff charged by most catering companies (per person would be best). Call the Catering company, to see what they offer. Some will send a person or two to man the chafing dishes at no charge, some won't. Some companies include all labor in their per person costs, some don't. Some provide throw away dishes and utensils, some don't. It is best to check with them, see what they include and what they charge extra for, then go from there
