Does anyone know of any pretty places to have a wedding reception around Charlotte, NC?

I'm specifcally curious about places that will let you bring in your own caterers. We're pretty sure we've picked out the ceremony place, but now we need a reception spot. She wants simple and elegant, but most places charge a lot for food and say it's manditory.Does anyone know of any pretty places to have a wedding reception around Charlotte, NC?
