My friend and I are planning a local benefit show for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. It's going to be from around 2pm-11pm with a line-up of local bands playing all day. I was wondering what we should do about food in this situation? Should I find vendors? Caterers? Any tips would be so helpful!

You get vendors for the event. You charge them 100 or 200 for a spot. That money goes to the charity. You need the letter from the charity that gave you permission to conduct a fund raiser in their name
