I am looking to do something always wanted to do which is cook.How can I start a new career as a chef / caterer?
Take cooking classes or go to a cooking academy.
Get trained - either hire on somewhere as an apprentice cook, or take classes at a culinary school.How can I start a new career as a chef / caterer?
I am a culinary grad and depending on where you live its difficult to make a living. Most waiters/ waitress's make more with tips then you will in the kitchen.
