Anyone know of a wedding venue that costs less than $3000/day, and accepts outside dj's, caterers & cocktails?

My reception hall would have cost me $500 to hire out (but I am getting it for free because its my cousins). This is just the hall, they allow you to bring or do anything you want.

By the way, I am in NSW, Australia :) So this probably wont be useful to you! You need to provide a location. All questions and answers written in English are available to all users registered as english-speaking...regarldess of what country's site you ask them on! So this could include America, Canada, England, New Zealand, Australia, Scottland, Ireland......etc.....there are so many..... So you are going to need to add more details to get a better response!

Goodluck!Anyone know of a wedding venue that costs less than $3000/day, and accepts outside dj's, caterers %26amp; cocktails?
I'm sure there are plenty, but it probably depends on where you're looking to get married...can you provide a location please?
where do you live?Anyone know of a wedding venue that costs less than $3000/day, and accepts outside dj's, caterers %26amp; cocktails?
If you are Christian, some churchs might do the trick for nominal fees.

Otherwise, you can check with the local town halls or university chapels, which might also do it.
I'm from upstate new york, and there are several different halls like QWLs, K of C's or chuch halls that rent out for a couple hundred bucks.
If you are looking in Michigan you can check out some of the ones listed on http://michiganbride.com .

Many smaller communities have a community building that you can usually rent out. Some service clubs like the Masons, Knights of Columbus, etc. also have buildings that they rent out for these types of events.
where are you located?
Yeah, mine was $3000 for the evening and we brought all of our vendors from outside. If you are in the Denver area, I can help you out.
Sure, but what part of the world?
Check with your local park district - for a wedding in the park

or a local mansion for rent

or a back yard wedding

or a wedding on the beach

Sorry - I can't think of any others
have to know where you live first. You migt try a local community center or amory
