No one is going to be able to tell you a set in stone answer. Caterering all depends on 3 things; how many people you have, what kind of food you want/quantity and the time of year.



You can have a caterer make a 2 trays of pasta and grill 2 trays of chicken (and serve it buffet style) for 75 and it could cost $200 or so.



Or, you could have the caterer create a 4-Course sit down dinner for 75 people w/ Shrimp Cocktail, Filet Mignon w/ Lobster and complete dessert buffet plus cake and it could cost $100 or $150 per person.
