I'm planning this quickly and have a small budget. I've considered doing the cooking myself but I don't want to be shaving away in the kitchen on my wedding day. try a couple of local church group committees some do catering the ladies cook up good meals, from pre-dinner nibbles right threw to desserts %26amp; coffee, tea with after dinner mints
they can do it like a smorgasbord everyone gets up get what they want, starting off with bridle table, your MC will announce the next table to get their dinner %26amp; so on. Entrees were served, while they got the hot dishes set out on the table, then after that out came the desserts
There still plenty if anyone wanted seconds
After we went the ladies stayed %26amp; help clean up, we had reception in a hall %26amp; it was needed for the day
